Exercise that focuses on functional movement transforms your life in more ways than one. I’m a 61-year-old woman who wants to stay functional and continue to be functional until I’m at least 85. I want this for everyone else too. Remember: A body in motion tends to stay in motion!
Proper Form
It all begins with proper exercise form. It’s imperative that you achieve a heightened awareness regarding movement and exercise through an improved mind-body connection. With my experience, you will acquire this type of awareness and, in turn, improve your level of fitness. The changes you will embrace will keep you focused and hungry to keep on moving.
Nutrition
You must be dedicated in the kitchen too. Nutrition is important for nourishing your body so that you properly recover from exercise. This is a lifestyle change, and the fuel you put into your body is just as necessary as committing to your fitness journey.
