As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, I am committed to your success. With my knowledge of human anatomy, my mission is to enhance your day-to-day life by focusing on exercises that improve functional movements through stretching and resistance training. I will guide your fitness journey with one-on-one instruction, providing you with the tools to achieve your fitness goals.

Let’s cut the BS—my fitness programs are straightforward and to the point. As a results-driven fitness instructor, I am committed to support you throughout the entire process. If there’s a will… there’s a way. There’s no time to waste!

Located in Clements, MD, SKG Fitness offers in-person and virtual fitness programs. What makes me different? I come to you—train in the comfort of your own home, garage, or yard.*

Should you live outside the area—don’t worry!—I offer various training sessions via Zoom, FaceTime, and Skype.
